Tad Waddington says he achieved literacy while getting his MA from the University of Chicago’s Divinity School where he focused on the history of Chinese religions. He achieved numeracy while getting his PhD from the University of Chicago in measurement, evaluation and statistical analysis. He achieved efficacy as Director of Performance Measurement for Accenture. He is the co-author of Return on Learning> and the author of Lasting Contribution.

While she was the Director for European and American Sister Cities Operations, Foreign Affairs Office of Sichuan Provincial Government, China (1985 to 1994), she served as an interpreter for high ranking Chinese governmental officials including Governors as well as visiting dignitaries as Prime Minister Heath, Prime Minister Hawke and President George Prescott Bush. She accompanied Governor level delegations on numerous trips throughout the world. She successfully initiated programs resulting in the establishments of governmental, university and cultural links, investment and trade partnerships.
Her memberships include Chicago Sister Cities International Program China Committee and Mid-America Sichuan Business/Friendship Associations.
She has a B. A. in English Language and Literature from Sichuan Teacher's University, China 1983; business and governmental training in England (1987) and Spain (1991); business training at Merrill Lynch in New York (1994).
